What Are Hospital Coalitions?

Hospital coalitions are teams of skilled professionals based in the hospital who work with the Health Project to ensure that community values and health benefit needs are appropriately addressed. The focus of hospital coalitions may vary from addressing special health needs in the community, like care coordination, to ensuring that the diverse community values are incorporated into the hospital culture itself.
