Freedom from Smoking Cessation Classes

New year, new you! FREE Freedom from Smoking Cessation Classes are offered to educate and support those who are struggling to kick the habit. Learn how to say no to peer pressure, develop quit tools, and how to create a tobacco quit plan that will work best for you. “Our adult smoking rates have declined by 50% in Muskegon County, so let’s keep the needle moving in the right direction”, says Cyndi Powers, Program Coordinator at the Health Project. The classes will be offered every Tuesday from 2pm-3:30pm at Access Health, 1200 Ransom St. Feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
