Health Project Hub Healthy Pregnancy
Healthy moms have a stronger chance of having a healthy baby. The Health Project Hub Healthy Pregnancy program supports and helps expectant mothers and families prepare for their new baby by offering support and connection to needed resources.
A Community Health Worker can help by making sure support is available for getting to doctor appointments, obtaining health coverage, and securing other services that ensure social, emotional, and basic needs are addressed and met. Contact us for information.
Expecting or have been pregnant? Need help with baby needs, getting a pregnancy test, or enrolling in health care insurance? Help is just a text away. Text PGConnect to 24587 to get monthly texts about new resources in your community, or just to chat!
