Health Project Hub Healthy Pregnancy
Healthy moms have a stronger chance of having a healthy baby. The Health Project Hub Healthy Pregnancy program supports and helps expectant mothers and families prepare for their new baby by offering support and connection to needed resources.
A Community Health Worker can help by making sure support is available for getting to doctor appointments, obtaining health coverage, and securing other services that ensure social, emotional, and basic needs are addressed and met. Contact us for information.
